Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Gas (Third Party Access and Accounts) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 10th August 2000.
Amendment of the Pipe-lines Act 1962, the Gas Act 1986, the Gas Act 1995 and the Petroleum Act 1998
2.—(1) The Pipe-lines Act 1962(1) is amended as set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
(2) The Gas Act 1986(2) is amended as set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
(3) The Gas Act 1995(3) is amended as set out in Schedule 3 to these Regulations.
(4) The Petroleum Act 1998(4) is amended as set out in Schedule 4 to these Regulations.
