Constitution of the Authority
3. For article 4 of the Order there is substituted the following article—
“Constitution of the Authority
4. The Authority shall consist of—
(a)a chairman,
(b)not less than four nor more than seven members who are not officers of the Authority, and
(c)the Chief Officer of the Authority and not more than four other members who are officers of the Authority provided that the number of members who are officers of the Authority shall not exceed the number of members who are not officers of the Authority.”.
