(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order dissolves on 1st April 2001:
– the BHB Community Health Care National Health Service Trust;
– the Forest Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
– the Havering Hospitals National Health Service Trust; and
the Redbridge Health Care National Health Service Trust.
It should be read in conjunction with:
– the Barking, Havering and Redbridge Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2000(1);
– the North East London Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2000(2);
– the Whipps Cross Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2000(3),
which establish new NHS trusts.
