The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraphs 25(7)(a) and 117(9)(a) of Schedule A1 to the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992(1), hereby makes the following Order:

1992 c. 52. Schedule A1 to the Act was inserted by the Employment Relations Act 1999 and comes into force on 6th June 2000.
