The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:–

Commencement and citation

1.  This Order may be cited as The A205 Trunk Road (Lewisham) Red Route Traffic Order 1999 Variation Order 2000, and shall come into force on 15th May 2000.

Variations

2.  The A205 Trunk Road (Lewisham) Red Route Traffic Order 1999(3) is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

3.  In Schedule 4 item 3 is substituted as follows:—

London Road, the south side, from a point 65.5 metres west of the western wall of 121 London Road westward for a distance of 24.0 metres.

4.  In Schedule 4 item 4 is substituted as follows:—

London Road, the north side, from a point 2.0 metres west of a point opposite the common boundary of 113 and 115 London Road westward for a distance of 37.0 metres.

5.  In Schedule 4 item 10 is substituted as follows:—

Devonshire Road, the east-side, from its junction with Dartmouth Road to a point 1.0 metres south of the common boundary of 6 and 8 Devonshire Road, measured perpendicular to the eastern kerb-line.

6.  In Schedule 4 item 17 is substituted as follows:—

Waldram Park Road, the north-west side, from a point 34.0 metres south-west of the common boundary of 3 to 9 and 11 Waldram Park Road north-eastward for a distance of 37.0 metres.

7.  In Schedule 4 item 19 is substituted as follows:—

Waldram Park Road, the south-east side, from a point 41.0 metres south-west of the western kerb-line of Sunderland Road south-westward for a distance of 37.0 metres.

8.  In Schedule 4 item 21 is substituted as follows:—

Stanstead Road, the north side, from a point 14.5 metres east of the common boundary of 127 and 129 Stanstead Road eastward for a distance of 37.0 metres.

9.  In Schedule 4 item 23 is substituted as follows:—

Stanstead Road, the north side, from a point 1.0 metres east of the party wall of 173 and 175 Stanstead Road eastward for a distance of 37.0 metres.

10.  In Schedule 4 item 26 is substituted as follows:—

Stanstead Road, the south side, from a point 23.0 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of Kilmorie Road to a point 20.0 metres west of the western kerb-line of Elsinore Road.

11.  In Schedule 4 item 27 is substituted as follows:—

Stanstead Road, the south side, from the eastern kerb-line of Hurstbourne Road eastward for a distance of 37.0 metres.

12.  In Schedule 4 item 28 is substituted as follows:—

Stanstead Road, the north side, from a point opposite the western boundary of 228a Stanstead Road eastward for a distance of 37.0 metres.

13.  In Schedule 4 item 31 is substituted as follows:—

Stanstead Road, the south side, from a point 3.0 metres east of the east kerbline of Blythe Vale, eastward for a distance of 37.0 metres.

14.  In Schedule 4 item 33 is substituted as follows:—

Stanstead Road, the north-west side, from a point 29.5 metres north-east of the extended line of the north-eastern boundary of 377 Stanstead Road north-eastward for a distance of 37.0 metres.
