The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—

Commencement and citation

1.  This Order may be cited as The A205 Trunk Road (Southwark) Red Route Traffic Order 1999 Variation Order 2000, and shall come into force on 15th May 2000.

Variations

2.  The A205 Trunk Road (Southwark) Red Route Traffic Order 1999(3) is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

3.  In schedule 4 item 9 is substituted as follows:—

9.  south side, from a point 14.0 metres west of the projected western kerbline of Hambledon Place, west for a distance of 37.0 metres.

4.  In schedule 4 item 10 is substituted as follows:—

10.  north side, from a point 25.0 metres east of the eastern kerbline of Frank Dixon Way, east for a distance of 37.0 metres.

5.  In schedule 4 item 11 is substituted as follows:—

11.  south side, from a point 2.0 metres east of the projected line of the western boundary of Old Alleynian’s Club, west for a distance of 37.0 metres.

6.  In schedule 4 item 12 is substituted as follows:—

12.  south side, from a point 4.0 metres east of the common boundary of Nos. 14 and 16 Dulwich Common, west for a distance of 37.0 metres.

7.  In schedule 4 item 13 is substituted as follows:—

13.  north side, from a point 12.0 metres east of the common boundary of Nos. 10 and 12 Dulwich Common, west for a distance of 37.0 metres.

8.  In schedule 4 item 18 is substituted as follows:—

18.  northeast side, from a point 5.0 metres northwest of the common boundary of Nos. 557 and 559 Lordship Lane, southeast for a distance of 37.0 metres.

9.  In schedule 4 item 19 is substituted as follows:—

19.  southwest side, from a point 6.0 metres northwest of the common boundary of Nos. 559 and 561 Lordship Lane, southeast for a distance of 37.0 metres.
