The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 43 of the Regional Development Agencies Act 1998(1), hereby makes the following Order:

1998 c. 45. The Act is amended, so far as it relates to the London Development Agency, by Part V of, and Schedule 25 to, the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (c. 29).
