The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 42(3A) of the Gas Act 1986(1), hereby makes the following Order:—
(1)
1986 c. 44; subsection (3A) of section 42 was inserted by paragraph 50(2) of Schedule 3 to the Gas Act 1995 (c. 45).
