Amendment of the Scotland Act 1998 (Cross-Border Public Authorities) (Adaptation of Functions etc.) Order 1999
2. In paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to the Scotland Act 1998 (Cross-Border Public Authorities) (Adaptation of Functions etc.) Order 1999(1) for sub-paragraph (1) there shall be substituted—
“(1) This paragraph applies to any function exercisable by a Minister of the Crown under the 1958 Act to make an Order revoking, or an Order approving an amendment or consolidation of, the Scheme approved by the principal Order.”.
