Payment of charges12
Where the Agency has fixed a charge under section 43 of the 1995 Act for a service or facility provided in the course of carrying out its functions in connection with these Regulations, the charge shall be paid—
a
where the service or facility is provided in connection with an application, at the time when the application is made;
b
in any other case, no later than the time when the service or facility is provided.
