The Local Authorities (Capital Finance) (Approved Investments) Regulations 19907 shall be amended as follows.

In Regulation 1(2), in the definition of “relevant lender”, for “paragraph 28, 29 or 30” substitute “any of paragraphs 28 to 35”.
