Applications for interdict3.9.4

An application to the sheriff under section 28(8) of the Act (interdict) may be made–

a

in the application made under section 28(1) of the Act; or

b

if made after a restraint order has been made, by note in the process of the application for that order.

An application under section 28(8) of the Act by note under paragraph (1)(b) shall not be intimated, served or advertised before that application is granted.
