Coming into force in accordance with article 1
Whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by, a resolution of each House of Parliament;
Now therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 12(1) and 113 of the Scotland Act 1998(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
(1)
