This Order brings into force on 1st April 1999 the following provisions of the Government of Wales Act 1998–
Section 107.
Sections 116 to 118.
Certain paragraphs of Schedule 7 and section 105(5) so far as relating thereto.
Certain paragraphs of Schedule 10 and section 112 so far as relating thereto.
Certain paragraphs of Schedule 12 and section 125 so far as relating thereto.
Schedule 18 Part I in respect of certain repeals and section 152 so far as relating thereto.
Schedule 18 Part II (except the reference to the General Teaching Council for Wales) and section 152 so far as relating thereto.
