The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 69A, 72 and 73(1) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1985 c. 66; section 69A was inserted by section 8 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1993 (c. 6) and section 73(1) was amended by paragraph 29 of Schedule 1 to that Act and contains a definition of “prescribed” that is relevant to the exercise of the statutory powers under which these Regulations are made.
