Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Dental Services) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.
(2) In these Regulations–
“the 1996 Regulations” means the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1996(1);
“the 1989 Regulations” means the National Health Service (Dental Charges) (Scotland) Regulations 1989(2).
