The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of the House of Commons(1);

Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 112(1) and (2), 113, and 129(1) of the Scotland Act 1998(2), and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

Article 5 of the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitional and Transitory Provisions) (Subordinate Legislation under the Act) Order 1998 (S.I. 1998/3216) modified the procedure to which this Order is subject.
