This Order transfers to the Northumbria Health Care National Health Service Trust on 1st April 1999 trust property formerly held by the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals, National Health Service Trust. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the Department of Health, Accounts and Trust Allocations Branch, Room 3W58, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
