19.—(a) Support for measures to reduce the number of children excluded from schools and truancy, including measures to encourage the attendance of children with behavioural difficulties at mainstream schools; and

(b)support for the provision of full-time education for all children of compulsory school age excluded from school for more than 15 school days.
