Revocation and transitional provisions
12. The Education (Grants for Education Support and Training) (Wales) Regulations 1998(1) and the Education (Grants for Education Support and Training) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1998(2) are hereby revoked, but nothing in this regulation shall prevent the Secretary of State from making payments of grant authorised by those Regulations in respect of expenditure incurred on or before 31st March 1999 or affect any condition or requirement determined by or in accordance with any of the Regulations so revoked.
