The Superannuation (Application of the Superannuation Act 1972, Section 1) Order 1999 No. 519

2.  With effect from 1st September 1998:

(a) section 1 of the Act shall apply to employment by the New Opportunities Fund, being employment remunerated out of the National Lottery Distribution Fund; and

(b) employment by the New Opportunities Fund is added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Act.
