The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1999 No. 374 (S. 21)

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1999.

(2) These Rules shall come into force on 15th March 1999.

(3) In these Rules, a reference to “the principal Rules” is a reference to the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Rules 1994(1).
