The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:–
1. This Order may be cited as The A20 Trunk Road (Greenwich) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1999, and shall come into force on 25th February 1999.
2. The A20 Trunk Road (Greenwich) Red Route Traffic Order 1996(3) is varied by the following provisions of this Order.
3. In schedule 2A item 1 is substituted as follows:–
“1. A20 Sidcup Road west side, area of footway adjacent and parallel to the western kerbline of Sidcup Road between a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 186 and 188 Sidcup Road to a point 26 metres north of the common boundary of Nos. 130 and 132 Sidcup Road and having a width of 2.5 metres throughout.”
Signed in accordance with a direction from the Secretary of State.
