The schools listed in Schedule 2 to this Order shall constitute collectively an education action zone under the name of the Withernsea and Southern Holderness Rural Achievement Education Action Zone (“the zone”) for the purposes of Chapter III of Part I of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.
