The Packaging, Labelling and Carriage of Radioactive Material by Rail Regulations 1996
7. In paragraph 1(s) of Schedule 14 to the Packaging, Labelling and Carriage of Radioactive Material by Rail Regulations 1996(1), after “regulation 27 of the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1985” there shall be added “or regulation 12 of the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999 [S.1.1999/xxxx]”.
