The Notification of New Substances Regulations 1993
4. In sub-paragraph (2)(e) of regulation 3 of the Notification of New Substances Regulations 1993(1), in place of “the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1985” there shall be substituted “the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999 [S.I.1999/xxxx]”.
