The Civil Aviation (Navigation Services Charges) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations 1999

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1)(a), and (6)(a) of the Civil Aviation Act 19821 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
