Exemption of repair, maintenance and management of vehicles
2. The repair and maintenance of vehicles(1), and the management of vehicles(2) by Stoke on Trent City Council shall not be treated as defined activities so long as they are carried out during the period beginning with 10th March 1999 and ending immediately before 1st June 1999.
