Modification of Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 for certain asylum-seekers

2.  Part VII of the Housing Act 1996(1) (homelessness) shall have effect in relation to asylum-seekers who are section 185(2) persons(2) with the modifications specified in the following provisions of this Order.
