Whereas a draft of these Regulations has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament;
Now, therefore, the Treasury, having consulted the Insurance Brokers Registration Council, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 28(1) of, and paragraph 10 of the Schedule to, the Insurance Brokers (Registration) Act 1977(1), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
