Brake linings for other vehicles
6. Without prejudice to regulation 3, no person shall—
(a)supply or offer or agree to supply for fitting to a vehicle which is not a relevant vehicle;
(b)expose or possess for supply for fitting to a vehicle which is not a relevant vehicle; or
(c)fit to a vehicle which is not a relevant vehicle,
brake linings which are such as to cause the vehicle to contravene the version of the Braking Devices Directive that was applicable to it when it was first used.
