The Secretary of State is authorised to construct—
a
the bridge specified in Schedule 2 to this Scheme as part of the connecting roads respectively given the numbers 3 and 4 on the plan;
b
the bridge specified in Schedule 3 to this Scheme as part of the connecting road given the number 4 on the plan; and
c
the bridge specified in Schedule 4 to this Scheme as part of the connecting road given the number 2 on the plan.
