4. In section 29(1) of the 1962 Order, after the words–
“Langstone Harbour Fishermen’s Association–
1 representative;”,
there shall be inserted the words–
“Royal Society for the Protection of Birds–
1 representative;
Environment Agency–
1 representative;”.
