SCHEDULE 7 INCOME SUPPORT: APPLICABLE AMOUNTS IN SPECIAL CASES

PART IPROVISIONS IN SCHEDULE 7 TO THE INCOME SUPPORT REGULATIONS AS AMENDED BY THIS ORDER

2.—(a) Such amount (if any) not exceeding £13.35 as is reasonable having regard to the views of the hospital staff and the patient’s relatives if available as to the amount necessary for his personal use;
