A claimant who is a member of a couple temporarily separated from his partner where one of them is living in the home while the other is in accommodation referred to in any of sub-paragraphs (a) to (d) (excluding heads (i) and (ii) of sub-paragraph (d)) of the definition of residential accommodation in regulation 21(3) (special cases).
