Increase in rates of Disability Living Allowance
12. In regulation 4 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991(1) (rate of benefit)—
(a)in paragraph (1)(a), for the sum of £51.30 there shall be substituted the sum of £52.95;
(b)in paragraph (1)(b), for the sum of £34.30 there shall be substituted the sum of £35.40;
(c)in paragraph (1)(c), for the sum of £13.60 there shall be substituted the sum of £14.05;
(d)in paragraph (2)(a), for the sum of £35.85 there shall be substituted the sum of £37.00; and
(e)in paragraph (2)(b), for the sum of £13.60 there shall be substituted the sum of £14.05.
