Citation, Commencement and interpretation
2.—(1) All standard individual export licences, standard individual transhipment export licences and open individual export licences authorising the export to Indonesia of goods of a description specified in Part III of Schedule 1 to the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994(1) are hereby varied.
(2) The variations referred to in paragraph (1) are:
(a)a condition shall be added to each standard licence as described in paragraph (1) as follows:
“No goods may be exported under the authority of this licence between the dates of 16th September 1999 and 16th January 2000;”
and
(b)there shall be substituted for the date specified for the expiry of the licence a date 123 days later than that date.
(c)a condition shall be added to open individual licences as follows:
“No goods may be exported under the authority of this licence to Indonesia between the dates of 16th September 1999 and 16th January 2000.”
