NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES

These Regulations make provision concerning the membership and procedure of the National Institute for Clinical Excellence which is a Special Health Authority established under the National Health Service Act 1977 by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1999.

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on him by sections 16(2) and 126(4) of, and paragraphs 10, 12 and 16 of Schedule 5 to, the National Health Service Act 19771 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
