9. Rhywun o'r rhyw arall sy'n byw gyda chi fel gŵr neu wraig, p'un a ydych yn briod neu beidio, yw partner. Dylech ateb “Nac oes” i gwestiwn 4.2 os yw person o'r fath sydd fel rheol yn byw gyda chi yn absennol ac yn debygol o aros felly am fwy na 52 wythnos; ond dylech ateb “Oes” os yw absenoldeb y person hwnnw yn ganlyniad i amgylchiadau eithriadol sydd y tu hwnt i'w r(h)eolaeth ac yn annhebygol o fod yn sylweddol fwy na 52 wythnos.
