45.  Nid oes angen i chi gynnwys unrhyw un o'r canlynol:

  • unrhyw beth a restrir yn Nodyn 43 neu Nodyn 43A;

  • taliadau rhoi mewn cartref maeth neu daliadau meithrin a wnaed gan awdurdod lleol, awdurdod iechyd neu gorff gwirfoddol ac, yn achos Gogledd Iwerddon, bwrdd iechyd a gwasanaethau cymdeithasol ac eithrio fel a ddarperir yng Ngorchymyn Plant (Gogledd Iwerddon) 1995;

  • lwfans dechrau gwaith;

  • taliadau “Rhan III”, hy taliadau a wnaed gan awdurdod lleol o dan adran 17 neu 24 o Ddeddf Plant 1989 mewn perthynas â phlant a phobl ifanc;

  • taliadau a wneir i chi fel deiliad Croes Fictoria neu Groes Siôr.

  • Gellir anwybyddu taliadau penodol eraill wrth gyfrif eich incwm, ond at ddibenion llenwi'r ffurflen dim ond y taliadau a grybwyllir uchod y dylech beidio â'u cynnwys. Os oes gennych unrhyw amheuon ynghylch a yw taliad yn perthyn i un o'r categorïau hyn dylech ei gynnwys a darparu manylion llawn am natur y taliad fel bod y Cyngor yn gallu penderfynu a ddylid ei anwybyddu ai peidio.
