19. Mae plentyn dibynnol neu berson ifanc yn rhywun:
sydd o dan 19 oed;
yr ydych chi neu'ch partner yn gyfrifol amdano;
yr ydych chi neu'ch partner yn cael budd-dâl plant mewn perthynas ag ef, neu sy'n cael ei drin fel plentyn at ddibenion budd-dâl plant; ac
sydd fel rheol yn byw gyda chi.
Ni ddylech gynnwys unrhyw berson ifanc sy'n cael cymhorthdal incwm, neu lwfans ceisio gwaith ar sail incwm.
Dylech ateb “Nac oes” os yw plentyn neu berson ifanc sydd fel rheol yn byw gyda chi yn absennol ac yn debygol o aros yn absennol am fwy na 52 wythnos; ond dylech ateb “Oes” os yw absenoldeb y plentyn neu'r person ifanc hwnnw o ganlyniad i amgylchiadau eithriadol sydd y tu hwnt i'w r(h)eolaeth ac sy'n annhebygol o fod yn sylweddol fwy na 52 wythnos.
