Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Relocation Grants (Form of Application) (Welsh Form of Application) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 5th August 1999.
Interpretation
2. In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Relocation Grants (Form of Application) Regulations 1997(1).
Prescribed form
3. The form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations is hereby the prescribed version in Welsh which may be used instead of the corresponding form in the Schedule to the principal Regulations for the purpose set out in regulation 2 of the principal Regulations.
Application
4. These Regulations shall not have effect in relation to applications for a relocation grant made before 5th August 1999.
