This Order appoints 31st July 1999 as the date on which the revised guidelines relating to the exercise by the Parades Commission for Northern Ireland (“the Commission”) of its functions under section 8 of the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (“the 1998 Act”) (power to impose conditions on public processions) are to come into operation.
