The African Development Bank (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1983(1)	Insert after Article 13 the following new Article: “13A.   —The Bank shall have relief, under arrangements made by the Secretary of State, by way of refund of Insurance Premium Tax and Air Passenger Duty paid by the Bank in the exercise of its official activities.”.
The African Development Fund (Immunities & Privileges) Order 1973(2)	Insert after Article 12 the following new Article: “12A.   —The Fund shall have relief, under arrangements made by the Secretary of State, by way of refund of Insurance Premium Tax and Air Passenger Duty paid by the Fund in the exercise of its official activities.”.
The Asian Development Bank (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1974(3)	Insert after Article 13 the following new Article: “13A.   —The Bank shall have relief, under arrangements made by the Secretary of State, by way of refund of Insurance Premium Tax and Air Passenger Duty paid by the Bank in the exercise of its official activities.”.
The Commonwealth Agricultural Bureaux (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1982(4)	In Article 2(1) for the words “Commonwealth Agricultural Bureaux” there shall be substituted the words “CAB International”.
	Insert after Article 9 the following new Article: “9A.   —The Organisation shall have relief, under arrangements made by the Secretary of State, by way of refund of Insurance Premium Tax and Air Passenger Duty by the Organisation in the exercise of its official activities.”.
	In Article 11 for the words “Executive Director” there shall be substituted the words “Director General”.
The Commonwealth Foundation (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1983(5)	Insert after Article 8 the following new Article: “8A.   —The Foundation shall have relief, under arrangements made by the Secretary of State, by way of refund of Insurance Premium Tax and Air Passenger Duty paid by the Foundation in the exercise of its official activities.”.
The Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1983(6)	Insert after Article 9 the following new Article: “9A.   —The Organisation shall have relief, under arrangements made by the Secretary of State, by way of refund of Insurance Premium Tax and Air Passenger Duty paid by the Organisation in the exercise of its official activities.”.
The EUMETSAT (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1988(7)	Insert after Article 12 the following new Article: “12A.   —The Organisation shall have relief, under arrangements made by the Secretary of State, by way of refund of Insurance Premium Tax and Air Passenger Duty paid by the Organisation in the exercise of its official activities.”.
The Eurocontrol (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1970(8)	Insert after Article 5 the following new Article: “5A.   —The Organisation shall have relief, under arrangements made by the Secretary of State, by way of refund of Insurance Premium Tax and Air Passenger Duty paid by the organisation in the exercise of its official activities.”.

The International Wheat Council (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1968(25)	In Articles 1 for the word “Wheat” there shall be substituted the word “Grains”.
	Insert after Article 10 the following new Article: “10A.   —The Council shall have relief, under arrangements made by the Secretary of State, by way of refund of Insurance Premium Tax and Air Passenger Duty paid by the Council in the exercise of its official activities.”.
	In Articles 12(1), 13 and 14(1) for the words “Executive Secretary” there shall be substituted the words “Executive Director”.
