Whereas by the Continental Shelf (Designation of Areas) Orders 1964 to 1997(1) certain areas are designated as areas within which the rights of the United Kingdom with respect to the sea bed and subsoil and their natural resources may be exercised:
And whereas it is expedient that a further such area should be so designated:
Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1(7) of the Continental Shelf Act 1964(2) and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:–
