Fisheries Act 1891 (c. 37)
8. In section 6(1) of the Fisheries Act 1891 (construction, title and commencement of this Part of Act)(1) for “parts of the sea adjoining Scotland” there is substituted “Scottish zone within the meaning of the Scotland Act 1998”.
