Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1959 (c. 70)

30.  In section 54(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1959 (interpretation)(1), in the definition of “grant-aided function”, after “Parliament” there is inserted “or out of money paid out of the Scottish Consolidated Fund”.
