Teachers' Superannuation (Scotland) Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/280)

149.  In regulation E10(1) of the Teachers' Superannuation (Scotland) Regulations 1992 (avoidance of duplicate pensions)(1), after “Parliament” there is inserted “or moneys paid out of the Scottish Consolidated Fund”.
