PART I— MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS

7.  The authority’s arrangements for transfer between schools maintained by them, other than special schools and pupil referral units, otherwise than at a normal admission age, including, in particular–

(a) the respective functions of the authority and governing bodies of schools as respects admission on transfer; and

(b) the policy followed in deciding transfers.
