This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Application to Other Countries) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 22nd July 1999.

In this Order–
“the Act” means the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, and
“first published” shall be construed in accordance with section 155(3) of the Act.
